My ever expanding make up bag has just got even bigger thanks to the gorgeous soul superstar Beverley Knight.

This week the soul singer launches her first ever cosmetics range, K by Beverley Knight and the brand is totally unique. It’s the first yet to provide a full range of products that actually address all of the issues currently overlooked with main stream brands. It really identifies the needs of darker skin tones.

Offering a fantastic collection of 15 products and a range of 78 shades – it’s a home grown brand which caters to all tones of black and Asian women and helps create a complete look. The eye shadows are so on point with the current beauty trends. I found the perfect blue for the party season, which has made me a very happy bunny.

With oil-free foundations through to eyeliners and highlighters, it’s both sophisticated and affordable – perfect for today’s modern woman! And if like me your obsessed with lip glosses, I have at least about 5 in my handbag at any one time and change my lip gloss with my mood, you will fall in love with the ruby and blackberry lip glosses in this K new range, they are gorgeous winter colours.

Thank god for stars like Beverley, she not only identified a need but actually did something about it.

Wow… Its great to know that Beverley Knight has lanched a make up range! I just hope i will be able to find it at my local make up counter, instead of making the odd trip to the huge department stores in central! Its a shame that celebraties have to fill the gaps in the market that all leading cosmetic brands should be! However im glad she has taken the plunge and i certainly will be checking out her range! The ruby lip gloss sounds lush….

I’m looking forward to trying the Beverly Knight make up range.
As a dark skin woman i have always found it difficult to find the right foundation for my skin tone that gives a flawless finish.
At the moment i’m using Mac and Iman make up.
To read that Beverlys make up really identifies with dark skin tones is very beneficial for myself.
Even though i’m now happy with my choice of foundation,i’m still searching for the perfect lipgloss and blusher.Reading that you have five of her lip-glosses i’m very confident that i shall find some with her range.

i think it will be fantastic once the media starts embracing black culture globally, in terms of having a bigger market for make-up that caters for black people especially.
As a black women it can be quite hard searching for your perfect foundation/ make-up range, as nearly all shops that you browze in has make-up that caters for the majority of white people.

It’s beneficial to have such a great celebrity as beverley knight representing us and the make-up range, this will however be great celebrity endorsment for the brand!
Hopefully, all women’s troubles will differ, as they will now be able to buy make-up that suit’s their own complexion.

It is known that when women are down, they seek alot of retail therapy, such as clothes, make-up e.c.t….. especially after a break-up you tend to feel low and want a change, so with this new range, black women will no longer be looking how they use to, they’ll have flawless, radiant skin, that’ll surely teach those guys a fine lesson, how beautiful we can look, within and out.

Beverley Knight Live performance at London Westfield Centre Friday 30th October sees the 1st birthday of The Westway Shopping Centre in West London. As part of the celebrations, Beverley will be performing in the Atrium at 4.30pm and also signing cosmetics from her K By Beverley Knight Cosmetics range which will be available in Westfield’s new Beauty Base store!
