How many did you get right?

Drew Barrymore has been making headlines recently, as she has been all over town promoting her latest box office flick, a romcom entitled Going the Distance. Her on screen romance with costar Justin Long may exist in reality as well-oooh! We like it when our Barrymore gets loved up! However, I can’t say that we’re that thrilled with her current choice of hair extensions.

The length is attractive, but the cut is a little ageing, and combined with the heavy makeup makes Drew look rather bored and unimpressed. Time to get to that salon, sharpish!

Paris Hilton was out and about channelling Monroe to promote the launch of her 10th perfume. Yes, that’s right, the heiress has now got ten scents under her Size Zero belt. Her latest scent is called Tease, and combines fruity notes of Fuji Apple and White Peach with muskier tones of Amber, Hot Sand and Blond Wood. It will be out later this year, and is sure to appeal to fans of Ms Hilton.

Jennifer Aniston’s first scent has just gone on sale, and it’s a whimsical mix of floatiness and Grecian delights. “I wanted this fragrance to be a personal library of scent memories. For example, my love of night blooming jasmine has lasted a lifetime. Growing up in California, I distinctly remember the scent of the jasmine on summer evenings,” comments Jennifer. She hasn’t mentioned anything about the fact that she’s posing naked on a rock, but hey, it’s good to show Brad what he’s missing out on right? Personally, I’m a big fan of Ms Aniston, and her perfume sounds lovely, light and unpretentious with some very delectable ingredients.

The fragrance combines top notes of citrus grove and Rose water with jasmine and lily for a soft romantic feel. The base is muskier with woody notes of amber and sandalwood, making it last a long time, and adding some mystery to the scent. Sounds Lovalie to me- get it now, exclusively at HARRODS.

Oh Paris. We know you don’t need the money, so why do you keep churning out product after product, no matter how poor (remember those hairpieces) just because you can’t sleep if you’re not getting any media attention? She has just released word of a collaboration with Elegant Touch- where she approached them!

There are four false nail designs on offer, ‘ to reflect her very favourite beauty looks – Hollywood Glamour, Party Girl, Super Girly and Natural Beauty. ‘

I love how her expression is vacant in every image of her looks, and how it’s the same angle, plus Photoshop in each! The nails themselves are quite cute, a little OTT, with alternative French manicures (bright red and silver tip) to black and gold with stars.

Kimberley Walsh is known for her love of fake tan, hair extensions and manicured nails, but she’s adding an extra string to her bow as the new face of Schwarzkopf Supersoft. Despite the rather laughable claim that she is ‘Inspiring British women with her natural beauty’, she nonetheless has a head of hair that many aspire too.

It may not be natural, but it sure looks soft and gleaming, and will hopefully draw more attention to the great range.

I’m fan of the range (which you can get here) as many of the products have lovely scents, as they use a lot of natural extracts such as pomegranate in the ingredients.

“I like the fact that with Supersoft there’s a product to match every hair type and style,” said Kimberley. “It allows me to channel all my favourite hair looks from Bridget Bardot to Veronica Lake but also cleanse and moisturise when I need it. The weekend has been a long celebration of the sun, and many people have happily lathered up with SPF and gone to lie in the garden. Heat can play havoc with coiffured hair though, so what’s a girl to do? Celebs seem to have a trick or two up their sleeve and I’m bowled away by their easy to wear casual hair choices, which all feature the stylish hair side sweep. This look is great as it doesn’t require perfectly straight hair (good if the humidity has counteracted those GHD’s) and is very simple to do.

Cameron Diaz has opted for the cool and classy side sweet, with hair sleek and shiny and just pulled to one side. It keeps her neck cool, and is a very relaxed way of wearing the hair in the heat. Amanda Seyfried has opted for the messy side fish tail plait and I love this look on her! She was confident enough to wear something this unstructured to a big event and it’s very easy to do- just follow these instructions.

1. Gather your hair as if to place it in a ponytail.
2. To start, take a section of hair from the left and right and then cross right over left, hold the cross over point in place with the right hand.
3. With the left hand, take a section from underneath and bring it round to the front and cross it over the middle.
4. Hold it pressed to the rest of the hair with the same hand, so freeing up the right hand.
5. Using the right hand, take a section from underneath the ponytail and bring this round to the front from the right side, cross it over the middle and hold in place with the right hand freeing up the left.
6. Keep repeating steps 3,4,5 until you run out of hair and then secure with a covered band.

At the recent MET Gala Ball 2010 celebs were out in force, but it wasn’t just their pearly whites that were on show.
