At the Clothes Show I had the pleasure to bump into celebrity hairdresser of the year 2009 Tara Smith and oh what a delight!  I have just washed my hair with her hair range I started off with the Straight Away Shampoo which has a Ginkgo Biloba extract that leaves your hair squeaky clean, sleek and ultra shiny and is made with the finest natural and organic ingredients. I have longed for a product like hers that is accessible to me and my delicate little girl who is full of curls! Tara’s products say no to parabens, sodium laureth sulphate and phthalates…so basically no more yucky ingredients! The smell is to die for I then turned to the Feed the Root Conditioner that leaves your senses full of fresh, revived, gratifying locks! And get this it is not tested on any animal’s just film stars…I love it…pure heaven!  I then moved on to the Top Coat Glosser that sets the style and adds all the shine a person would need with organic Sweet Orange it is so divine so Santa Please put some more of Tara Smith’s Goodies under my tree..I promise I have been a very good girl…..love Lisa G Xx

The bespectacled legend will be joined by celebrity guests Fearne Cotton, Dave Berry, George Lamb, Hollyoaks stars and fashion experts Caryn Franklin and Hilary Alexander for the event, taking place at the NEC Birmingham from 4th to 9th December.

Gok will be helping out on the Hair and Beauty stage on the 6th December to present a series of 20-minute workshops on how to look your most fabulous (although The Beauty Quest readers are already fabulous!), as well as presenting the Fashion Theatre with Fearne Cotton and yummie George Lamb.

I’ve always been a massive Clothes Show Live fan and this year’s Christmas themed event looks set to be the most fabulous one yet, Gok said “It really is a fashion lovers heaven and with all the best fashion and beauty experts on hand to help you be your gorgeous best, it’s a show not to be missed.”
